Happy New Year! How have you all been? Here its been sort of slow with a lot of health issues and bad news and all that. Thank god the year 2017 is over. Good new is that we have another year to look forward to. Another 365 days of total unpredictable fun. And like every year, this year also I have decided to get fitter, healthier and happier!
But before we get into the recipe, let me tell you that many a times in our lives we tend to lose hope and that my friend is when you need to be concerned. What I am getting at is that every day, we have a chance, a chance to be happy, to be kind, to learn something and to be thankful. No I am not talking about god or an all mighty power, I am talking about just you and the people around. If you woke up today, with no pain in any part of your body, on a bed with a blanket or pillow, if you woke up to someone you love or woke up to a ray of sun shine and you could see it or feel it on your skin, then you have some thing to be thankful about. You have some thing to look forward to, you have a reason to believe that you are a blessing and nothing and no body should let you feel otherwise. This world is a place that lacks simple emotions of love and respect. And if you want to make a change to that you have to start with yourself! Love your self, respect yourself and most importantly do not lose hope. So here’s to a year full of hopes, dreams, warm hugs and kisses, love and tenderness, respect and confidence. Happy New year to the person you aspire to be and the wonderful person that looks back at you every time you look at yourself in the mirror.
Ok so now for the recipe! This is one is as easy as it gets so you have no reason to not have a good breakfast every morning cause all you need is 5 mins of prep the day before.
